Jalea, not only is one of the most exquisite and famous dishes of Peru nationally and internationally, Jalea is a dream realized but at the same time motivated by my father, Mr. Fernando Jaches, who always had the desire to open a restaurant, for being a bohemian man and lover of typical music to offer an atmosphere for our Peruvian community and other countries that knew not only our exquisite dishes but also our culture.
